The Telephone Ministry brings a personal touch to “first time visitors”, “altar call respondents” and SWAT respondents”. This form of contact gives new believers in Christ an opportunity to receive prayer and ask questions, such as times of service, membership questions, etc.
Our goal is to be an extension of our Pastor as we reach out to each visitor with love and care. These calls are made to congratulate the “Altar Call Respondents” on the decisions they have made, and also to find out if there are any questions regarding what they received.
It also gives the Telephone Ministry an opportunity to introduce “First Time Visitors/ Altar Call Respondents” to our other ministries at the church, and other events happening in the church that will be of benefit to them. We are also instrumental in praying with the “First Time Visitors/ Altar Call Respondents.”
Volunteers Needed for the Telephone Ministry:
Do you have good listening and speaking skills and a genuine love for people? If so, then come share your gift as a member of the Telephone Ministry.

Varies (most calls made in the evenings or on weekends)
